Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • Open to all current Guilden clients.

   • Referrals must be new clients (not already in contact with Guilden).

2. Successful Referral

   • A referral is considered successful when:

     • The referred client signs and pays for a contract, and

     • Remains active for 30 days after onboarding.

3. Reward Structure

   • Eligible referrers will receive rewards: e.g., service discount or priority support.

   • Rewards are issued within 7 days after the 30-day verification period.

4. Reward Limitations

   • One reward per referred company.

   • No self-referrals or duplicate referrals allowed.

   • If multiple clients refer the same company, the reward goes to the first verified submission.

5. Referral Submission Process

   • All referrals must be submitted via the official referral form.

   • Incomplete or unverifiable referrals will not qualify.

6. Program Changes

   • Guilden reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time.

   • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

We may update this Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
